Automatic Systems, a subsidiary of the IER Group, and a global player in the automation of secure entrance control equipment for pedestrians, vehicles and passengers will use Intertraffic for the world premiere of its new range of barriers designed for the car parking market. These brand new barriers have been designed to be extremely simple to use and highly reliable and include the BL 229 universal barrier for use in a wide range of applications, including traffic management, perimeter access, and car parks. Also being unveiled is the BL 44 security barrier which is specially designed for harsh environments that are prone to vandalism or fraud, including secured car parks. Its integrated locking system prohibits entry to any unauthorised vehicle, and the reinforced boom prevents any forced opening.
Lockable barriers prevent unauthorised access
Meanwhile, the BL 46 security barrier comes with a folding skirt as standard and makes it possible to close an access (up to 7 metres) securely, making it impassable for vehicles, but also for pedestrians.
